Zusha Tenenbaum is an entrepreneur and real estate investor with more than three decades of hands-on experience building, scaling, and operating real estate businesses across market cycles. He is the Founder and CEO of Savlan Capital, which owns and operates over two million square feet of commercial real estate, including business parks, medical office, and flex assets.

Zusha Tenenbaum is an entrepreneur and real estate investor with more than three decades of hands-on experience building, scaling, and operating real estate businesses across market cycles. He is the Founder and CEO of Savlan Capital, which owns and operates over two million square feet of commercial real estate, including business parks, medical office, and flex assets.
Mr. Tenenbaum entered real estate in the early 1990s in Connecticut, acquiring distressed multifamily properties near Yale University at deep discounts to replacement cost. By personally overseeing renovations and repositioning efforts, he transformed underperforming assets into stabilized, cash-flowing investments.
After relocating to Florida in 2001, he launched multiple real estate ventures focused on value-add multifamily and office properties, combining entrepreneurial sourcing with disciplined execution.
In 2008, anticipating the fallout from the financial crisis, Mr. Tenenbaum co-founded Trust Field Services, which grew into a nationwide platform managing more than 50,000 bank-owned homes. The company earned national recognition on the Inc. 5000 list as one of the fastest-growing real estate firms in the country.
He later led Trust Real Estate Group and Trust Property Holding, acquiring and rehabilitating distressed single-family homes and converting them into income-producing residences—revitalizing neighborhoods and creating housing opportunities for families.

Daniella Bagdadi joined Savlan Capital in 2017 as Chief Financial Officer with a wealth of real estate experience, including Yardi, Argus Enterprise, budgeting, reporting, and acquisitions. She is responsible for Savlan Capital’s accounting department, financial reporting, treasury, and lender relations as well as human resources and information technology.

Chief Financial Officer

Daniella Bagdadi joined Savlan Capital in 2017 as Chief Financial Officer with a wealth of real estate experience, including Yardi, Argus Enterprise, budgeting, reporting, and acquisitions. She is responsible for Savlan Capital’s accounting department, financial reporting, treasury, and lender relations as well as human resources and information technology. She is accountable for the accounting operations of the company, which includes the production of periodic financial reports, maintenance of an adequate system of accounting records, and a comprehensive set of controls and budgets designed to mitigate risk, and enhance the accuracy of the company’s reported financial results.
Prior to joining Savlan, Ms. Bagdadi was a Senior FP&A Analyst at Equity One before becoming a real estate consultant specialized in due diligence and Argus training.

Ana Miletijev is a senior finance executive with over 20 years of experience in accounting, reporting, and compliance for institutional real estate investment platforms. Originally from Miami, Ms. Belauste began her real estate career in Boston after graduating from Babson College. She later returned to Miami, where she worked with JLL before continuing her career representing landlord ownership groups. Ms. Belauste brings a strong market-focused perspective and a collaborative approach to leasing, with a passion for creating value through strategic tenant placement and long-term asset growth.
